The anchovies caught in the Mediterranean sea, expertly selected to be introduced into the different production cycles and handcrafted according to an ancient tradition, are salted and seasoned with parsley.

Particularly suitable for pizza pears, focaccias, canapés, croutons, appetizers and widely used in sauces and condiments.
