The anchovies caught in the Mediterranean sea, expertly selected to be introduced into the different production cycles and handcrafted according to an ancient tradition, are salted and seasoned with spicy Calabrian chili pepper.

Particularly suitable for pizza, focaccia, canapés, crostini, appetizers and widely used in sauces and condiments.
