PRODUCT OBTAINED FROM THE PROCESSING OF FRESH RAW MILK

Versatile in its uses and shape, it can be elongated, in compliance with local customs, or ball-shaped with a small head.

Suitable for every type of palate due to its aromatic flavour, sweet and delicate after a few days of maturation, or tending towards spicy and with a stronger flavor after longer maturation.

Easy to store even for long periods, in the refrigerator, in the least cold part, wrapped in a cloth.

Enjoy it best by removing it from the fridge at least an hour before serving it, or savor it grilled or slightly melted on a thick slice of toasted bread.
