Dolcedorme rosé wine from Aglianico PGI Calabria grapes

Dolcedorme takes its name from the highest peak of Pollino. The vineyards of origin look north towards the summit.

Hence the agronomic choice to use those grapes for rosé, vinifying the Aglianico del Vulture in white.
