To produce our Yellowfin Tuna Fillets for over 100 years we have chosen the highest quality tuna and processed it completely in Italy, in the Maierato (VV) factory, in all its phases, following a tradition that is centuries old in our Calabria.
After steaming the tuna, we choose the best fillets one by one and put them into jars again by hand, following strict hygiene and food safety standards.
Then we season them for a long time, to guarantee that intense and inimitable flavour.
