Type of soil: Grapes coming from owned vineyards located at different altitudes from sea level up to six hundred meters with clay-gravelly, clay-limestone and loose limestone soils.

Grape varieties: Gaglioppo, Magliocco, Nerello Cappuccio and Greco Nero varying from 10% to 30% each, based on the climatic trend and ripening curves with harvest differentiated by quality and altitude.

Maturation: In barriques for twelve months.

Aging: In the bottle for six months.
