Le Formelle - Caparra and Sicilians

Rosé wine.

A tribute to the peasant toil of planting the vines, digging small holes called forms. Obtained from our own Gaglioppo grapes, whose broken grape skins are left in contact with the must for at least 20 hours.
Very versatile, it pairs well with white meat dishes, fish and young cheeses. It is an excellent aperitif.

Bottled at origin in: Cirò Marina Calabria Italy.

Alcohol content: 13% volume.
