Production technique: manual harvest in early September, cold static decantation, fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, aging in steel until the end of January.
Characteristics: bright straw yellow, complex, Mediterranean and elegant on the nose, with notes of citrus, yellow fruit and mineral tones. On the palate it is vibrant, balanced and long-lasting.
Tips: perfect with Mediterranean fish-based dishes.
