Vinification : the grapes are vinified with soft pressing. Controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Origin of the name of the wine : the idea of this wine was to make a magliocco but ready to drink red. The name celebrates 20 years of the Serracavallo company and the four magliocco clones existing in the company.
Color : compact purplish red.
Fragrance : sweet spices, black fruit, coffee.
Palate : large volume, soft balanced tannins, background of delicate freshness.
