The raw material (stones), coming from Racalmuto salt mine (Sicily) , is crushed and packaged without undergoing any chemical treatment, so it is a WHOLE salt in all respects, where all the trace elements that our body needs are present.

The lumps sometimes present in the packages are mainly due to the absence of anti-caking agents (E 535 – E 536) which, in some states, are absolutely prohibited.
