First wine produced by the company. Until the 1950s, the company boasted that at the beginning of the century, all the priests in the area wanted Serracavallo wine to say mass; in homage to this fact, since Bisignano has seven neighborhoods, each with a church, the wine was called Sette Chiese.

With a purple red colour , the aroma has fresh tobacco leaves and currants, well-melted tannins and balanced freshness on the palate
